Hello! 👋🏾🌸 My name is Jacquera Jester, and I’ve been doing hair for about 5 years now. I am a licensed master cosmetologist. I specialize in women’s & men’s cuts, color, and brow shaping & waxing. ✂️✨ I’m originally from Cedartown, GA, but I’ve built my experience working in Rome, GA. Cosmetology has always been a dream of mine, and I’m so grateful I stuck with it. I love making people feel like the best version of themselves—enhancing what you already have, no matter your hair length or thickness 🤍 I also have experience with extensions and braiding, and I’m always growing and learning more in this industry. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure certain appointments, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, no-call/no-show appointments, or lack of communication regarding a scheduled service.
Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled service are also subject to this cancellation policy. If an appointment booked within 24 hours is canceled after booking, the deposit is non-refundable.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Clients who no-call/no-show may be required to pay a deposit or prepay future services before booking another appointment.
Repeated last-minute cancellations, excessive rescheduling, or multiple missed appointments may result in deposit requirements, prepayment requirements, or limited booking privileges at the stylist’s discretion.
Deposits may be required for new clients, extended appointments, high-ticket services, clients with previous missed appointments, or at the stylist’s discretion.
